Acceptable Use & Content Policy
Last updated: June 23, 2026
This policy governs uploaded assets, prompts, generated images, translations, agent tasks, and Open API calls, helping users reduce infringement, misleading-advertising, and marketplace-review risks.
1. Prohibited Content
NSFW content is strictly prohibited, including pornographic, sexually explicit, nude, sexually suggestive, or provocative images and videos, and any sexualized content involving minors. Face swaps, deepfakes, and any other manipulation or impersonation of a real person's face or identity are strictly prohibited.
You may not upload, generate, distribute, or attempt to bypass moderation for unlawful crime-related, violent extremist, pornographic, hateful, gambling, drug-related, fraudulent, phishing, malware, privacy-invading, child-inappropriate, or otherwise unlawful content.
You may not generate fake documents, false testing or certification marks, false medical claims, exaggerated income claims, misleading prices, counterfeit brands, stolen third-party assets, trademark or copyright infringement, patent infringement, or content that violates marketplace policies.
2. Intellectual Property and Product Compliance
You must ensure that product photos, brand marks, model portraits, packaging designs, fonts, templates, reference images, and copy are lawfully owned or licensed. The platform provides generation tools and does not endorse the rights source of your materials.
If generated outputs include third-party brands, platform marks, certification badges, efficacy claims, or absolute wording, you must review them before publishing and keep supporting evidence. The system may warn, block, or remove high-risk terms, but it cannot replace your final review responsibility.
3. Moderation and Enforcement
The platform may automatically or manually review uploaded assets, outputs, prompts, and Open API calls based on laws, platform rules, model-provider requirements, user reports, or risk-control strategies.
Before an image or video is generated, its prompt is screened by automated content moderation. Prompts judged violating or questionable are never sent to a model; the task is refused and its reserved usage is refunded.
For violating or high-risk content, the platform may refuse generation, hide or delete outputs, restrict downloads, suspend related features, disable Open API access, freeze accounts, or cooperate with rights holders and authorities.
4. IP Complaints and DMCA
If you believe platform content infringes your copyright, trademark, portrait right, or other rights, submit proof of rights, the infringing link, contact information, and requested action through support. After verification, we may remove, block, or forward the notice.
Overseas rights holders may submit copyright notices under DMCA or similar local rules. A complained user may submit a counter-notice or proof of authorization if the content is lawful. Malicious complaints or false statements may result in account restrictions and liability.
5. Open API Use
Open API access is only for authorized business scenarios. It must not be used for mass infringement, bypassing page limits, scraping data, attacking systems, reselling accounts, avoiding billing, or building unlawful services.
The platform may apply rate limits, quota limits, log audits, and manual review to Open API access, and may suspend or terminate keys when abnormal use is detected.
