If you allow optional example analytics in Privacy preferences, we collect example browsing, registration, and first-use events, including interface language. Images, prompts, and email addresses are excluded and no data is sent to third-party analytics services. Conversion events are deduplicated by account after sign-in. You can withdraw permission for future collection in the footer.

Account information: email, phone number, WeChat OpenID or UnionID, nickname, avatar, password hash, registration time, membership tier, balance, orders, and invoice request information.

Service content: product images, reference images, ZIP files, product descriptions, generation prompts, marketplace specs, generated outputs, task records, download records, and user feedback.

Technical and security information: IP address, User-Agent, device and browser information, login records, verification-code records, Open API call records, risk-control logs, and error logs.

2. Purposes of Use

We use information for registration and sign-in, identity verification, verification-code delivery, payment settlement, membership benefits, AI generation, content moderation, support, security audit, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, financial reconciliation, and legal compliance.

Uploaded assets and generated content are mainly used to complete tasks you initiate, show work history, support downloads, and investigate support issues. Without your authorization, we will not use your private assets as public-facing case studies.

To provide AI generation, image translation, SMS, email, payment, cloud storage, content moderation, and security protection, we may provide necessary information to model providers, cloud vendors, SMS and email vendors, payment institutions, and compliance-review providers.

When you choose overseas models, overseas cloud services, or use the service for overseas regions, relevant information may be transferred, stored, or processed outside mainland China. We use reasonable efforts to require third parties to process data only for necessary purposes and to apply confidentiality and security measures.

4. Retention and Security

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the service. Account, order, finance, consent, and security audit records may be retained longer for legal compliance, dispute resolution, and financial audit needs.

The platform uses access control, secret masking, transmission encryption, audit logs, verification codes, and permission controls to protect information. No internet service can be absolutely secure. If a security incident occurs, we will take remedial and notification measures as required by law.

5. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, copy or export of personal information, withdrawal of certain authorizations, account deletion, or restriction of certain processing activities. To protect account security, we may verify your identity before processing requests.

Users in the EU, UK, California, and similar regions may request access, deletion, correction, portability, objection to processing, or opt-out of certain sharing according to applicable law. Submit requests through support, and we will respond within a reasonable period.

6. Minors

This service is mainly intended for business users and e-commerce operators with full legal capacity. Minors should use the service only with guardian consent and must not upload sensitive, unlawful, or infringing content involving minors.
