How is membership billed?
Buy a plan once for its stated validity period. It does not renew automatically. Benefits end and bonus credits are cleared when it expires.
How are discounts calculated?
During membership, feature and model usage fees are billed at the plan discount rate. When a single item is cheap, savings smaller than 1 credit accumulate and are deducted from later charges automatically, so what you pay overall matches the discount rate. Non-members pay full price.
What happens if I buy another plan while I am a member?
Renewing the same plan extends it from the current expiry date. A lower-tier plan starts after your current higher-tier plan ends. A higher-tier plan starts immediately, and the remaining days of your lower-tier plan are pushed back. The Trial plan can be bought once per account.
Do bonus credits expire?
Bonus member credits are cleared when membership expires. They are used before purchased credits.
